Crimson has an exclusive agreement with Carlyle Europe Real Estate Partners III (CEREP III) for the analysis and asset management of CEREP III's future real estate deals in Portugal.
In Europe, the Carlyle Europe Real Estate team was established in 2001. The team manages three funds: CEREP I - €430 Million, CEREP II - €760 Million, and CEREP III - €2.2 Billion, which is currently being invested.
